The most common cause of failure in these axles would seem to be broken torsion bars. There is a sequence of events.
This is pre-ordained by the designer.
The bars are cut to length and machined to take the 20mm. grub screw at each end. This is because of variations in length. We need the distance between the centres of the grub screws. Having received this measurement we dispatch the following day by TNT 24 hr.
Changing the torsion bar alone is a get you home solution. A proper job means fitting new bearings and seals to stop the shoogle.
The manufacturer's grease nipple does little good so our bushes are manufactured with an internal 360 degree grease track to ensure the grease gets exactly to the places it needs to be and not 4 inches away.

There are two major variations in these axles in regard to the type of torsion bar employed - see photos right. When ordering a PARTS KIT you need to be sure which type you require before placing an order.
Kit includes Bushes, Seals and Torsion Bar.
